By creating an account, accessing, or using MyNexaLive, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the service.
MyNexaLive provides online tools and infrastructure for radio streaming, television streaming, AutoDJ, playlist management, streaming control, and related services. Features available to you depend on your selected plan and account status.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for activity performed through your account.
You must notify MyNexaLive if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
MyNexaLive may offer eligible new customers a limited free trial. Trial eligibility may be determined using account and technical information, including IP address, to help prevent repeated trial abuse.
MyNexaLive may limit or deny promotional trial access when an account, device, network, or IP address is not eligible.
Paid services are billed according to the subscription plan selected by the customer. Prices and available features are displayed before purchase and may be changed for future billing periods with appropriate notice when required.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize applicable recurring charges until the subscription is canceled.
Customers may cancel an eligible subscription through the available billing management tools. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access may continue until that period ends.
You may not use MyNexaLive to distribute unlawful content, intentionally interfere with systems or networks, attempt unauthorized access, abuse service resources, engage in fraud, or use the service in a manner that violates applicable law.
Customers are responsible for the content they upload, transmit, stream, or otherwise distribute through MyNexaLive and for obtaining any licenses, permissions, copyrights, music rights, broadcast rights, or other authorizations required for that content.
MyNexaLive does not grant customers rights to music, video, programming, trademarks, or other third-party content.
Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated when reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, fraud, abuse, security concerns, violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or conduct that threatens the service or other users.
We work to provide reliable streaming services, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, internet conditions, third-party services, equipment failures, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyNexaLive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of MyNexaLive after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
